Hii! :) I am Jony Rave,
an independent singer, songwriter, and producer from Stockholm, Sweden, My journey to music wasn't that easy, having faced challenging experiences such as addiction and physical abuse in my family and being bullied in school. Despite these obstacles, I remained true to myself and my dream of becoming a successful artist.
After some health issues in 2022 I worked tirelessly to heal and create new music that was deeply personal and empowering. The result is a bunch of songs and "Free," the first to be released, is a powerful anthem about freedom, self-confidence, and pride. My music is a reflection of my journey, and I hope that it will inspire others to overcome their struggles and pursue their dreams.
For me, music is a way to heal, to find strength and hope, and to connect with others. My musical style is a blend of modern pop and retro influences ranging from 80's synthpop to classic and french house. I’m deeply rooted in pop culture, inspired by legends like Depeche Mode, Madonna, Calvin Harris, and anything touched by Max Martin, the mastermind behind hits for Britney Spears, Backstreet Boys, and P!nk.
